Abstract submission is now closed.
Abstracts should be submitted in English language via the online submission system on the conference website. Abstracts should not exceed 350 words (excluding authors and affiliations).
Upon submitting the abstract, authors will be asked to indicate for which session they wish to submit their abstract.
Presented abstracts will be printed in the abstract book. For formatting purposes they must only be submitted using the “Submit” button at the bottom of this page. Before submitting your abstract, please check the format.
You can view, edit or delete your abstract as it has not been approved by the administrator. After this time, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for opening temporarily access rights.
All abstracts submitted to the conference will go through a peer-review process carried out by the conference Scientific Committee.
The conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject low quality abstracts, as well as those not pertinent to the themes of the conference.
All presenting authors will be notified via email by the end of August .
